Welcome

Aaron is a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist and a 3rd Degree Black Belt in Brazilian Jiu Jitsu.  He has trained Brazilian Jiu Jitsu for the last 17 years and has owned his own academy since 1998.  Aaron currently teaches classes at Coastal Performance Center.  He is also available to teach private lessons, seminars, and instructor training in Brazilian Jiu Jitsu by appointment.
